What Information We Collect

Contact and booking inquiries. When you use our availability form or contact page, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, travel dates, number of travelers, and any message you write. This site is fully static and has no database: submitting the form opens a pre-filled WhatsApp message or email addressed directly to our own inbox. We do not store your submission on a server.
Analytics data. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the Site — pages viewed, general location (country/city level), device type, and how you arrived at the Site. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name. See our Cookie Policy for details on the cookies this involves and how to opt out.
Communications you send us. If you email or WhatsApp us directly, we naturally receive whatever information you choose to share (e.g., passport details for a booking, dietary requirements). This is handled the same way any small tour operator handles direct traveler correspondence — kept only as long as needed to plan and deliver your tour.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information above to: respond to your inquiry and arrange your tour, communicate with you before, during, and after your trip, improve the Site based on aggregate analytics trends, and comply with legal or accounting obligations in Morocco.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising retargeting.

Third-Party Services

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website usage analytics. See Google’s own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts — this Site loads typefaces from Google’s font servers, which may log your IP address as part of standard web-server operation.
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — our booking form and floating contact button link out to WhatsApp for messaging. Once you’re on WhatsApp, Meta’s own privacy policy applies.

Data Retention

Because this Site has no backend database, we do not retain form submissions anywhere except within our own email inbox and WhatsApp Business account, where messages are kept only as long as reasonably needed for booking, accounting, and legal purposes.

Your Rights
